- To develop build-to-rent complexes without luxury services, which are seldomly used and unnecessarily increase building cost, maintenance and levies
- To target a wide and varied audience, including singles and smaller households
- A high priority on front-end loading: site selection, feasibility study and optimal development concept
- Doing one development project at a time, as part of risk mitigation
