Our Projects
The 23 Minilya Project is an exciting residential development featuring a modern, low-rise build-to-rent apartment complex designed for sustainable living. It is a 2-storey apartment complex consisting of 7 units, with the look-and-feel of a townhouse complex. It is walking distance from the new City of Stirling CBD, which includes the Stirling train station and the Innaloo Shopping Centre. The site backs onto a large park and is within a 5km radius from Scarborough Beach and within a 10km radius from the Perth CBD.
