Our Projects

  • Milestone 8 (Roof Structure) completed on 12 Nov 2025. Roof frame, insulation, roof cover, flashings, and gutters all completed
  • Milestone 9 (First Floor Lockup) now in Progress:
    • Solar panel installation (in progress)
    • External aircon units’ installation (in progress)
    • L1 external plastering (in progress)
    • Target date: 19 Dec 2025
